Racefans are endurance "tailgaters" camping at their favorite speedway for days or weeks. Wyrfree can deploy high-speed Wi-Fi to cover stadium seating, hospitality and camping areas for a single event or an entire season. Wyrfree solves the problem of limited cellular connectivity in rural areas.

Music Festivals & Concerts

Today's concert and music festival attendees expect high-speed Wi-Fi to locate and connect with their friends nearby in addition to sharing their experiences with others via social media platforms. Wyrfree can deliver high-speed Wi-Fi to any location for any event from 7,500 to 750,000 attendees.

All outdoor events can benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi. Wyrfree handles the transport, deployment, and onsite management of the Wi-Fi service throughout the duration of your event enhancing the experience and supporting critical event operations including point-of-sale (POS) and security needs.

Our Solution to Deliver Wi-Fi Anywhere

An exclusive solution to reliably provide Wi-Fi as an affordable service to remote sites for events where permanent installation is not practical or possible.

Design & Planning

Our team will survey the event venue and work with event organizers to determine the estimated number of attendees and the geographical distribution of attendees throughout the venue. These parameters will be used to plan the ideal location, type, and quantity of Wyrfree's proprietary deployment modules to support the event.

Module Deployment

The Wyrfree team will transport the deployment modules to the event location in our mobile network command center (NCC) allowing time to rapidly deploy the modules throughout the venue as planned. This is typically a one day process and results in a comprehensive network test to ensure system functionality prior to the start of the event.

Onsite Support

Wyrfree's deployment team transitions to their onsite support role to train, support and coordinate with event staff before, during and after the event. Wyrfree's mobile network command center (NCC) is supported 24/7/365 by our offsite network operations center (NOC). The onsite team is fully equipped with tools and spare parts to perform a field-repair to maintain full system functionality for the duration of the event.

Demobilization

At the successful conclusion of your event, the Wyrfree team will quickly demobilize the modules, meet with event organizers to collect and provide feedback, and then transport the portable Wi-FI system to the next exciting event. Analytics and reporting can be provided at the post-event review meeting to discuss the usage of the system and propose potential enhancements for the next event.
